She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry "Jack" A. Hoover and Freda Rebecca Hoover (Howell); and her sister Cynthia J. Hoover. She is survived by: her siblings, Carla J. Howard (Gary) of California, Cathy J. Mannix (Lyle) of Hartford City, Curtis J. Hoover (Becky) of Hartford City and Christine J. Kluge (Thorsten) of Peru. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
