She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Edward Van Horn; and her stepmother Cynthia Benson Garringer. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Toni) of Noblesville, David (Barbara) of Redkey, Michael (Annie) of Cowan, Robin Stump and Lori Smith (Erik) of Cowan; her grandchildren, Brandon Van Horn, Kyle Van Horn, Abigail Stump, Sophia Smith, Isaac Van Horn, Grace Van Horn, Lauren Smith, Barron Smith, Harlow Smith, Caydence Louck, Presley Louck and Bella Louck; and her sisters, Kay Taylor of Hartford City and Pat Erp of Lebanon.
