It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cleo Spencer of Hartford City, Indiana, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Cleo "Simon" Spencer and Pearl Spencer (Satterfield). He is survived by: his wife Jackie L. Spencer (Zent); his children, Tonya J. Burchard (Russell), Jacque "Twink" McClellan (Eric) of Hartford City, IN, Steven R. Taylor (Brenda), Hugh E. Taylor (Dawn) and Debi Andry (Kevin) of Bedford, IN; his brother Ed "Butch" Bell (Barbara) of Beech Grove, IN; and his brother-in-law Dewey Zent (Norma). He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, and 12 Great Grandchildren.
