He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy McCaffery of Muncie, IN, David Moore (Jacki) of Muncie, IN and Ginger Leist of Dunkirk, IN; and his cousins, Kelli Yunker (Fate) of Decatur, IN and Susan Jones (Atkinson) of Yoder, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
