She is survived by: her children, Kelcey J. Snoddy (Toby) of Ft. Collins, CO and Albin L. Branscum Jr. of Dunkirk; her grandchildren, Krystal Snoddy (Andrew Allen), Jade Snoddy (Craig Dixon), Jared Snoddy, Rachel Blumenhurst and Jakota Holloway; her stepfather Robert "Bob" Gene Jenkins Sr. of Albany; and her siblings, Janet L. Hatton of Muncie, Lisa Marie Miller of Hartford City, Tammy M. Hatton of Hartford City, Richard D. Hatton (Bobbie) of Hartford City, Robert "Tim" Hatton (Cindy) of Hartford City, James Marion Hatton (Melissa) of Albany and Fred L. Hatton of Indianapolis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
