He is survived by: his children, Greg Bullard (Stella) of New Castle, Raymond (Jessica) of New Castle, Bryon (Peggy) of Hartford City and Debbie Hicks (Kevin) of Muncie; his stepson Tony Campbell (Amber) of Ossian; and his brother Jim Gwynn (Joyce) of Middletown. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
