He is survived by: his mother Louise Cook (Joe); his son Travis Alan Heavenridge; his siblings, Tammy Heavenridge, Randy Heavenridge (Vikki), Cindy Cox (Larry Conway) and Jared Heavenridge; and his son Lana Marie Heavenridge (Coleman). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
