He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurcheal E. Bell and Elma Bell (Schwartzkopf); and his brother Nole Dean Bell. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kellogg; his children, Tonya Ward (Kevin), Terry Bell (Lois) and Lance Bell (Robyn); and his sisters, Delora Nash and Cheryl Mills (Don). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
