It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty L. Bell of Hartford City, Indiana, who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty L. Bell to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dustain Edward Spaulding and Violet Lucille Spaulding (Matson); her husband Howard Bell; her son Bruce Schache; and her siblings, Veda May Nitsu, Margaret Hahn, Twilo Cline, Robert "Bob" Spaulding and Maxine B. Dudelston.
She is survived by: her sons, Troy H. Bell (Susan) of Cincinnati and Howard E. Schache (Vicky) of Albany; her grandchildren, Phillip Bell (Amy) and Monica Bell; and her brothers, Gene Spaulding and Oliver "Skip" Spaulding. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
