She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Leroy Chapman and Etta Belle Chapman (Fetty); her husband Eddie Vaughn Bell Jr.; her former husband Walter Ira Casterline; her son Perry Casterline; and her siblings, Desie Williams, Mary Hinshaw, David Chapman, Russell Chapman, Gerald Chapman, Carl Chapman and William Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Nina Gephart of Montpelier, Shianan Davis (Jim) of Muncie, Karen Fleming of Hartford City, Roxanne Terhune of Hartford City, Shiela Casterline of Kansas, Charlotte Dawson of Georgia, Linda Horschler (Steve) of Illinois, Walt Casterline Jr. (Brenda) of Montpelier, Norm Casterline (Debra) of Middle Point and Warren Casterline (Teresa Simmons) of Keystone; and her sister Anna Chaney of Portland. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren.
