She is survived by: her children, Michael A. Perry (Deb) of Hartford City, Pamela A. Scott of Dover, FL, John C. Perry (Christina) of Columbus, GA and Scott E. Perry (Roy Carlson) of Rockford, IL; and her siblings, Mary J. Sargent of Hartford City and Frank E. Brackin (Betty) of Seymour, IN. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, several great and great-great-grandchildren.
