She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frank Payne and Flossie L. Payne (Harrold); and her siblings, William "Bill" Payne, Franklin Payne, Paul Payne and Ruth Ford.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Cook of Hartford City; her children, Michael Allan Cook (Linda M.) of Martinsville and Deborah Ann Runyon (Brad) of Hartford City; her grandchildren, Adam Runyon, Allan Cook, Chase Runyon (Tiera Reynolds) and Dawn Gilmour (Damon); and her great grandchildren, Kinley Runyon, Alice Meyer, Ares Cook, Daisy Cook and Jett Runyon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
