Dollar (Hartford City, Indiana), born in Pall Mall, Tennessee, who passed away on April 7, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Omar Neal and Lucy Neal (Crabtree); her spouse Gail E. Dollar; her grandson Robert Scott Stafford; and her siblings, Moa Neal, Martin Neal, Gene Neal, Kelly Neal, Elwood Neal and Eva Adams.
She is survived by: her daughter Ruth G. Stafford (Robert) of Montpelier; her grandchildren, Kyle McBride, Jayson McBride (Cheryl), Steve Stafford (Michelle), James Stafford, Robin Cosand (Jim) and Brenda Moon (Dennis); and her brother Dennis Neal (Judy) of Yorktown. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren.
