He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton John Rea, Sr. and Nora Alice Rea (Day); his children, Stephen Rea and Kelly Rea; his son-in-law Chris Baker; and his sister Chyrell R. Atkinson.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Rea (Smith) of Hartford City; his children, Albert Dewight Rea, Jr. (Michelle) of Pensacola, FL, Amanda "Mandy" Dawn Baker of Hartford City and Kendall James Rea (Angela Elaine) of Riley, IN; his grandchildren, Nicole Rea, Meagan Lieberknecht (Michael), James Rea (Lindsay), Matthew Rea (Mallory), Joshua Rea (Kendra), Jared Rea (McKenzie), Isaac Rea (Alexis) and Mariah Rea; his great grandchildren, Lucas Rea-Thomas, Timothy Rea, Elliott Rea, Audrey Rea and Evelyn Lieberknecht; and his siblings, Clayton J. Rea Rea, Jr. (Mary), Rita R. Brown (Randal) of Arizona and Kevin P. Rea. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
