He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hall and Phyllis A. Schenk Walker; and his siblings, Teresa Hall, Dennis Hall and Rick Gray.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Webb; his daughter Tia Fourneau (Juan); his grandchildren, Arabella and Alex; his sister Kandis Haller; and his half-sister Lynne McCrabb.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the American Legion (110 S Houser St, Muscatine, IA 52761).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family, in care of Brenda.
