She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dolah and Dessie Van Dolah; her husband Richard Burkhart; and her siblings, Richard, Robert, Thomas Van Dolah and Donna Gammon.

She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Burkhart of Harlan, Indiana; her sister Sandra Fletter of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Van Dolah of Spencerville, Indiana..

Those wishing to attend services should wear a mask and follow the recommended social distancing guidelines.
