She was predeceased by: her parent Cecil Oswalt; and her brother Lawrence Oswalt. She is survived by: her parent Carrie Oswalt (Trent); her husband John C. Kurtz of Harlan; her son Andrew Kurtz (Kim) of Westerville, Ohio; her grandsons, Jackson Kurtz and Cole Kurtz; and her sister-in-law Lois Oswalt of Colorado Springs, Colo.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
