Shelton of Salem, Indiana, Kristy Lewis (Gary) of Pekin and Amanda Cooper of Salem, Indiana; his grandchildren, Alicia Booker, Kyle Shelton (Destiny), Aaron Lewis (Erica), Austin, Garrett Cooper, Halle Shelton and Gracie Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Paisleigh and Oakleigh Lewis.
