He is survived by: his children, Jerry Garcia and Andrew Scott Jackey; his siblings, Kathy Jackey, Debra Kirchgessner (Tim), Steven Jackey (Susan), Timothy Jackey (Sue) and Jeffrey Jackey (Yolonda); and his grandchildren, Eric Collard and Aiden Jackey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and one faithful companion.
