He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Elliott and Vivian Gayle Elliott (Boone); and his siblings, Lanny Elliott and Linda Merkley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Elliott (Williams); his sister Leah "Janie" Fields of Jeffersonville; and his pets, Lucky, Trixie, Mitzie and Candy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
