He is survived by: his children, Kim McCollom (Rick) of Hardinsburg, Terri Hawkins (Eric) of Paoli, Jennifer Nicholson (Chris) of Salem, Stacy Slaten (Michael) of Georgetown and Chad Stroud (Kate) of Sulphur; and his siblings, Rebecca Haworth (James) of Paoli, Carolyn Dooley of Paoli, Marjorie Chastain (Rodney) of Paoli and Steve Stroud (Sharon) of Milltown.
