She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bill and Berniece Elliott (Crecelius); her sister Velma Chastain; and her grandson Garrett Blevins. She is survived by: her son John Holmes (Missie); her husband Charles Michael Blevins; her daughter Jackie Hall (Billy); her stepbrothers, Brian Blevins (Paula) and Jeff Blevins; her stepdaughter Michelle Koressel (Brian); and her nephew Brian Chastain. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
