She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Wayne Smith (Pattie) of Farmington, David Seibert Smith (Camie Rigg) of Charlotte and Douglas Randall Smith (Brenda) of Hardinsburg, Indiana; her half-sister Johnielynne Whitaker of Florida; and her stepsister Linda Rodan of Delaware. She is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
