He is survived by: his children, Holly Worley of Hardinsburg, Heather Hammons (Sam) of Campbellsburg and Adam Worley (Monica) of Campbellsburg; his sisters, Velma Jean Holmes of Standiford and Tracey Brown (William) of Jamestown; and his grandchildren, J. D. and Mariah Shoults of Campbellsburg.
