He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Smith and Anna Smith. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Amber (Brian Schroeder), Mary (Blake Giesbrecht) and Anna (Glendon Unruh); his grandchildren, Taylor, Natalie, Kristi, Jackie, Tina, Paige, Chloe and Becca; his friend Carlos Marti; and also, Valeeta Ratzloff of Clarkside, MS., Joann Mitchell of Enid, OK. and Steven Calhoune.
