He is survived by: his former spouse Gail Garlinghouse; his wife Kimberly Smith; his former wife Debbie Gregory Bishop of North Vernon, Indiana; his daughter Sarah Thomas (Chad) of North Vernon, Indiana; his stepchildren, Crystal Bowen (John) of Waynesville, Ashley Beiswanger (Richard) of Oceanside and Bryan Beiswanger (Kelsey) of North Vernon, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jesse, Jaxxon, Sidnee, Zach, Andrew and Danielle; his great grandchild James; his close friends, Ron, Perkinson and Robert "Robbie" Willis; and his siblings, Betty Scully (John) of Madison, Frieda Summers of Shoals, Judy Stuehrenberg of North Vernon, Sara Hancock (Gayle) of Greensburg, Indiana and Terry Bishop (Emma) of North Vernon, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
