He is survived by: his wife Darlene Kloepfer Finnegan of Hanover, Indiana; his children, Aaron Finnegan (Michelle) of Madison, Indiana and Stephanie Finnegan Ginn (Darin) of Madison, Indiana; his grandchildren, Makenzie Hartwell (Cody) and Mitchell Ginn; his great grandchildren, Addy Kennedy and Axel Wayne Hartwell; his siblings, Anne Jenner of Madison, Indiana, Bob Finnegan (Mary Jo) of Dillsboro and James Finnegan (Brenda) of Madison, Indiana; his mother-in-law Wanda Kloepfer of Madison, Indiana; and his sister-in-law Karlene Perry (Max) of Raleigh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
