She is survived by: her mother Karen Ashby (Maddox) of Hanover; her husband Dwayne Blair; her daughters, Christina Blair of Madison and Amanda Konkle of Hanover; her brothers, David Canfield of Hanover and Tommy Canfield of Manville, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Karmyn Blair, Koltyn Konkle, Kaedynce Konkle and Konnyr Konkle.
