She is survived by: her children, Jazlynn Perry of Hanover, Jamea Perry of Hanover, Janiyah Perry of Hanover, Indiana and Joziah Perry of Hanover, Indiana; her parents, Donna P. Needler Stephens of Hanover, Indiana and Steven Michael Stephens of Madison, Indiana; and her brother James Micheal Stephens of North Vernon, Indiana. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
