He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Irene Skaggs Ward and Larry Gale Ward; and his aunt Belinda Skaggs. He is survived by: his brothers, Mike Jensen (Janie) of Ormond Beach and Richard "Rick" Jensen of Brandenburg, Kentucky; his stepsister Bonnie Harville (Lewis) of Nashville, Tennessee; his nieces, Jennifer Jensen-Kikta (Evan) of Indianapolis and Skylar Jensen of Ormond Beach, Florida; his nephew Travis Oldfield; his great-nephews, Isaac and Elijah Kikta of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his cousin Brad Skaggs.
