He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVerne R. Kuntz and Goldiealice Law Kuntz; his children, Jacob Kuntz and Kerrie G. Kuntz-Mendoza; and his granddaughter Ophelia Bear.
He is survived by: his children, Kellie Kammes (Lance) of West Chicago, Teresa Stewart (Tommy) of Lexington, Christian Noel of Madison, Michelle Bear (Nate) of Madison, Indiana and Jarrod Kuntz of Madison, Indiana; his grandchildren, Nikkie, Hunter, Paige, Michael, Kayla, Kaitlyn, Emily, Justice, Lyric, Sophia and Mollie; his great grandchildren, Jake, Kya and Isabella; and his siblings, George Kuntz (Patsy) and Sue Iburg (Ken) of Crown Point, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
