She is survived by: her former spouse Donnie Konkle; her husband Randy Earl Downey of Hanover, Indiana; her father Russell Lee Tilley of Paducah, Kentucky; her children, Shannon Long (Robbie) of Hanover, Jackie Konkle (Clarence Crumes) of Hanover, Indiana and Justin Konkle (Sonjia) of Houston, Texas; her grandchildren, Taelyr Bruther, Conner Skirvin, Isabelle Stubbins, Audrey Stubbins, Daylan Konkle, Aryanna Jenkins, Elijah Konkle, Raven Slider, Alyssa Konkle and Brianna Konkle; her great grandchild Samuel Bruther; her siblings, James Matthew Tilley (Linda) of Hanover, Eric Wade Tilley (Cheryl) of Paducah, Kentucky, Julie Ann Stewart of Milton and Rita May Swartz (Kevin) of Jacksonville, Florida; and her brothers-in-law, Emerson Coles of Hanover and Darrell Downey (Glenda) of Bergin, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
