He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Madden and Irene Brown Madden; his daughter Lee Ann Marie Madden; and his former wife Carolyn Ann Arrowood Madden. He is survived by: his wife Amy Catherine Grubbs Madden of Hanover, Indiana; his children, Andrea Terry (Cody) of Medina, Sara Lawson (Jake) of Paynesville, Indiana, Jacob Madden (Trisha) of Las Vegas, Christopher Wykoff (Sierra) of Hanover, Timothy Madden of Hanover and Garrett Madden of Las Vegas, Nevada; his grandchildren, Amelia Wykoff, Kailey Blackwood Madden, Caroline Terry and Jenna Lawson; his siblings, Carl Madden (Regina) of Russellville, Alabama and Glynda Madden of Florence, Alabama; his parents-in-law, Mary Grubbs of Hanover, Indiana and Dean Grubbs of Chicago, Illinois; and his siblings-in-law, Shane Grubbs (Tammy) of Clarksville, Aaron "Grubby" Grubbs of Madison, Indiana and Robin Joslin of Hanover, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
