He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cosby and Virginia Cosby (Inskeep); and his brother David Cosby. He is survived by: his wife Terri Cosby (Jones) of Hanover; his children, Melissa Cosby of Berlin, Germany, Kelli Baker (Matt Arfmann) of Madison and Shane Baker (Judi) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Tristan Fischbeck of Berlin, Corbin Fischbeck of Berlin, Germany of Madison, Baxter Baker of Madison, Malli Baker of Madison, Makayla Arfmann of Madison and Aaron Arfmann of Crosby, Texas; his sister Patricia Wilkins (Ray) of Anderson, Indiana; and his niece Rachel Gordon (Gary) of Louisville, Kentucky.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Masonic Eureka Lodge #30. Contributions may be made at the Lytle Welty Funeral Home or below.
