He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dow and Carla Cushman; and his mother-in-law Barbara Ann Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Lynn Johnson Dow of Hanover, Indiana; his siblings, Mitch Dow (Krista) of California and Marianne Dow (Jeff) of Harrod, Ohio; his father-in-law Paul Johnson of Madison, Indiana; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Johnson, Jr. (Angela) of Fullerton, Jeff Johnson (Julie) of Castle Rock and Steve Johnson (Amy) of Ottawa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
