He was predeceased by: his parent Phyllis Stucker Carter; his adoptive parents, Clarence Burkhead and Evelyn Burkhead; and his brothers, Rickey Carroll Taylor and Bart Matthew Law.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donnie Law of Hanover, Delbert Taylor (April) of Deputy, Indiana, Autumn Hoover (Mike) of Commiskey and Twila Thompson of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
