She was predeceased by: her parents, Cabell D. Francis and Helen Carroll Francis; her former husband Ralph Louis Seifert, Jr.; and her sister Deborah Helen Francis. She is survived by: her husband Greg Russell of Hanover, IN; her siblings, Cabell D. Francis II of Stanford, KY and Alissa Francis Horseman (David) of Stanford, KY; her niece Deborah Francis of Stanford, KY; and her nephews, Dave Francis (Jesse) of Cave Creek, AZ, David Horseman, Jr. of Catonsville, MD and Kelly Horseman (Allison) of Woodstock, KY. She is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews.
