She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cutshaw and Pauline Wise Cutshaw; and the father of her children Richard Leon Perry. She is survived by: her husband Richard Leon Perry; her grandson Jason; her children, Jyll Perry O'Shea (Brendan) of Louisville, Kentucky and Jason Perry of Hanover, Indiana; her grandchildren, Clare Madailein O'Shea, Grace Eimile O'Shea and Michael Cody Perry; her stepson Ron Kroger, Jr. (Debbie) of Hanover, Indiana; and her uncle Edward Wise of Wise's Landing, Kentucky. She is also survived by numerous cousins and other relatives.
