He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Rae Egerton Turner; his son Anthony "Tony" Wayne Turner; and his sister Janeane Turner. He is survived by: his father Gerald Wayne; his stepmother Linda Sue Turner of Madison, Indiana; his brother Dennis Turner (Cynthia) of Madison, Indiana; his son David Kyle Turner of Madison, Indiana; his grandchildren, Dayton Kyle Turner and Desarae Konstance Turner; his nieces and nephews, Lindsay Turner, Lauren Turner and Zachary Turner; and his stepsiblings, James Stewart (Melissa) of Madison, Randy Stewart (Mary) of Hanover, Indiana and Linda Stewart of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, many caring friends.
