She was predeceased by: her parents, Verne Hooker and Louise Leinenweber Hooker; her sister Sandra Nay; her husband Russell G. Ashbrook; her brother-in-law Stanley R. Nay; her cousin Mary Louise Eisenhardt; and her sister Shirley Griffith.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Hooker Ashbrook (Phyllis) of New Washington, Indiana and Kenda Louise Marsh (Reid Campbell) of Hanover, Indiana; her brother-in-law Norman Griffith of Pearland, Texas; her granddaughters, Gina Thompson Smith, Andrea Thompson, Sarah Ashbrook Ashabranner and Jessica Ashbrook Brewer; her stepgrandson Phillip Keck; her great grandchildren, Katie Smith, Kenley Ashabranner, Kallen Ashabranner, Ethan Brewer, Luckas Keck and Oscar Hunter; and her godchildren, Stephen Goldsmith, Mark Goldsmith and Mary Catherine Goldsmith Estes.
Memorial contributions may be made. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Madison Presbyterian Church.
