He is survived by: his wife Janice Louise Persell Johnson of Hanover, Indiana; his sons, Brian Johnson (Ashleigh) of Trail Creek and Travis Johnson (Katrina Adams) of Lexington, Indiana; his stepdaughter Tina Buchanan of Madison, Indiana; his granddaughter Brooke Wood (Aaron); his great grandchildren, Xavier and Caleb Wood; his brother Dave Johnson (Barbara Lowrance) of Madison, Indiana; and his aunt Janet Vest Braley of Madison, Indiana.
