He is survived by: his children, Andrew Cullins and Teresa Cullins (Chad); his grandchildren, Mercedes Oliver and Brantlee Polson; his sisters, Carla Cullins and Tara Greene (Ted); his niece Cameron Milligan; and his stepmother Patricia Cullins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
