Scroggins and John Wheeler; his nephews, Rick Wheeler and Clint Scroggins; his great-niece Blakely Scroggins; his parents-in-law, Little Shepherd and Cora Shepherd; his granddaughter Angel Louisa Mae Scroggins; and his sister-in-law Sharon Bennett.
He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne Marie; his grandsons, Billy Joe, Joshua Allen and James Little Thomas; his wife Brenda Carolyn Shepherd Scroggins of Hanover, Indiana; his children, Billy Joe Scroggins of Commiskey, Joshua Allen Scroggins (Jodi) of Madison, James Little Thomas Scroggins (Laura) of Hanover, Indiana and Susan Marie Scroggins Peters (Dustin) of Hanover, Indiana; his grandchildren, Brandon, Nathan, Trent, Meghan, Patric, Emily, Maria, Kenny, Nick, Brady, Jalen, Drew, Olivia, Riley, Aurora and Kennedy; his great grandchildren, Jackson and Carter; his siblings, Nancy Wheeler of Hanover, Indiana, Tom Scroggins of Madison, Michael Scroggins (Ria) of Madison and Richard "Dick" Scroggins (Shannon) of Madison, Indiana; his sister-in-law Barbara Wheeler of Harlan, Kentucky; and his aunt Hattie Chitwood of Greenwood, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
