He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren E. Booker and Flora B. Scott Booker; and his siblings, Marilyn Kaye Booker, Penny Sue Booker, Richard W. Booker, William Warren Booker and Larry Arnold Booker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Earl Booker (Anita) of Fort Wayne, Henry Booker of Indiana and Elizabeth Ann Booker Seniours of Indianapolis, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
