He is survived by: the mother of his children Jennifer Sarver Webster (Andy) of Hanover, Indiana; his children, Jessica Lynn Wainscott (Keith Lewis) of Carrollton, Kayleigh Maejean Wainscott of Hanover, Indiana, Christopher Allen Wainscott of Carrollton, Thomas Michael Wainscott (Sarah) of Carrollton and Karson Bobby-Gayle Wainscott of Hanover, Indiana; his stepdaughter Kaydi Webster of Hanover, Indiana; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Renee Voils, Raylan Asher Lewis, Alan Michael Wainscott, Alexander Sabin Wainscott and Raistlin Argent Wainscott; his stepgrandchildren, Jersey Lynn Neace and Liam Michael Andrew Rutherford; his parents-in-law, David and Kim Bruther; and his siblings, Vicki Georgiev (Krasimir) of Commiskey, Indiana, Ricky Wainscott (Susan) of Carrollton, William Wainscott (Ann "Boo") of Carrollton and John Wainscott (Cynthia) of LaGrange, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
