She is survived by: her fiancé James Rice of Hanover, Indiana; her daughters, Lilly Hamby of California, Samantha Rice of Hanover, Katelyn Rice of Hanover and Ava Rice of Madison, Indiana; her adoptive mother Carol Hamby of LaGrange, Kentucky; and her siblings, Tami, Cathy, Todd, William, Chris and Josh.
