She is survived by: her husband Shon Smith of Hanover, Indiana; her children, Jon Mahoney (Rachel) of Madison, William Mahoney (Jennifer) of Hanover, Indiana and Joanna Cook of Hanover, Indiana; her siblings, James Mahoney (Tina) of Madison, Paul O. Mahoney, Jr. (Karen) of Madison, Indiana, Rose Minch (George) of Vevay, Emma Williams (Tim) of Hanover and Nancy Jo Donna Mahoney of Hanover, Indiana; her grandchildren, Christopher, Gracie, Jon, Jr., Jaxson, Haley, Kyralee, Cheyenne, Kaylee, Annie, Will, Jr., Willie D. and Alex; and her daughter Kati Mahoney. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
