He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Mae Knoebel Robbins and Robert Callis Robbins; his son Greg D. Robbins; and his siblings, Robert Nelson Robbins, Delmer Ray Robbins, William Roger Robbins, Norman Leroy Robbins, Charles Allen Robbins and Janet Louise Thomas.
He is survived by: his former wife Dena Humphrey; his wife Beverly Sue Richmond Robbins of Hanover, Indiana; his children, Michael Lynn Robbins of Hanover, Richard Wayne Robbins of Jacksonville, Florida and Julie Ann Skinner of Hanover, Indiana; his grandchildren, Dalton Robbins, Amber Barrett (Jordan) and Allison Scrogham; his great grandchildren, Samantha, MacKenzie, Brooklyn and David; and his sisters, Lola Lockridge of Madison, Edith Clegg of Nabb and Nancy Leatherbury (James) of Milton, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
