She was predeceased by: her parents, Daisy M. Reynolds Perkins and John Henry Perkins; and her siblings, Erthur William Perkins, Helen Bowers, Ruth Johnson and Dorothy Cooper.
She is survived by: her brother James Perkins (Connie) of Florida; and her nephews, Jeffrey Stettenbenz (Kelly) and Jason Stettenbenz (Moriah). She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews.
