Poliny-Conrad and James Conrad; her sister Gail Shreves; her grandchildren, Ashlyn, Jake Benicewicz, Christine and Brandon Bowersox; and her great grandchild Rosabelle Benicewicz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
